When we were first approached to help this family design their new 8,500 sq.ft. home (complete with indoor pool), they already had the builder selected and were ready to break ground. The timeline was incredibly fast - it was to be designed, built, and ready for move-in within 11 months!! I know, crazy... but we did it!
