This client was looking for an open-concept kitchen with eating area, open to the family room. In order to achieve this, load bearing walls were removed and replaced with structural beams. The coffered ceiling detail conceals load-bearing beams and adds architectural interest. The end result is a bright, spacious home perfect for this family!
